Two 'Editions' showing DirectVobSub?

When I play a video(TV show or movie) via WMP, in DirectVobSub, I've noticed that there was listed: E:Edition 1 [00:43:37] E:Edition 2 [00:43:37]

I've never seen this before in a video file...what are the 2 'editions'? Two versions of the video file?

I've switched between them, they seem to be the same. Both 'editions' play the video, and the normal episode audio, and the commentary track.

Anyone know why there are two 'editions' listed, and the differences between them, if any?

If it's MKV, it could be two "variants" of the movie. The difference could be minimal, like just one scene.
