Recommend GPU for play Hevc UHD 4k

Im going to upgrade my GPU:
Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC-Edition 4.0 GB

Because this GPU didn’t support Hevc hdr 4k

So I’m thinking to go for nividia (GTX 1650) is it enough for me ?

If you just want to play HEVC video, the GTX 960 is totally sufficient. It does 4k HEVC using 8, 10, or 12 bit.

The 1650 can also do 4:4:4 in all these flavors. That's probably not important for most use cases. The 1650 will also be a ton faster for gaming :)
