DVD2AVI and sound output...

Hey guys,

DVD2AVI outputs a .wav file when extracting sound from a .vob file. I'd like it to output a .wav file from an .m2v, or mpeg-2 file. Is this possible, or am I stuck converting .mpa to .wav afterward?

How do you do to output directly a .wav ??
It outputs an .ac3 here ...
And I'd rather to get an .wav -> no conversion thx to ac3dec...

I was wrong, it doesn't output to a .wav. I was reading a tutorial that was blatantly erroneous. Sorry.

But nevertheless, looks like we're looking for the same thing. Still, it's pretty easy to copy-and-paste to a BeSweet command line..

I get a WAV when I export with DVD2AVI when saving a project with VOBs. With MPG2 files you will get a MPA.
