app to execute a command line

I needed a command line app with the only purpose to execute a command line. There is a tiny chance that at some time somebody else might find it useful, so I released it to the public. So far my only use case is for web development using electron but since it exists now I might find more use cases in the future, only time can tell if it remains useful for me.
