Level 4.1 compliance

Even trying to read the spec (p293 of T-REC-H.264-201704-I!!PDF-E), i'm not able to figure out... :(
Is --vbv-maxrate 62500 --vbv-bufsize 78125 compliant with level 4.1 ? (In 8 bits high profile).

Yes, it is. Tables A-1 and A-2 hold the relevant info.


Note that specifically for Blu-Ray the vbv limits are lowered, i.e. only a subset of H.264 level 4.1 High Profile is supported.
