Problems with 264

Hi guys the think is like I told on another post I lost several Bluray movies in an home accident but I say thanks because weeks ago I decided to pass that bluray disc to an MKV file using MakeMKV, of course keeping the original DTS tracks English and other language that I need and SUP subtitles from Bluray

each one of that MKVs the size is between 18 /38gb depends of movie and I have no more space and I doný have the money to buy a lost of Bluray disc so I decided to keep this movies on MKV but decreasing the size but keeping the best quality possible, balance between quality and size using CRF

So,think I´ll get crazy because I just can´t uderstand, I mean, I have already tried BD rebuilder, Handbrake, DVDfab, etc using CRF, DTS and subtitles SUP (from the original Bluray) but when I watch for try on my TV LED I can see the movie but the subtitles just doesn´t appears!!

If I try to see any other MKV with subtitles I can watch with any problems, I just don´t understand whats happends!! and I´m worry about my legaly MKV from Bluray!!

I read the MKV is not compatible with DTS so I tried with MP4 that works but can see the subtitles

Besides,, for example I select subtitle track English and two more and the TV just let me choice between two tracks depending if I encode with BDrebuilder or Handbrake

All I want to do is decrease the filesize and can watch with the subtitles

Any ideas guys? you don´t have how much I will appreciate it, is there another program to try that maybe let me keep tracks and watch on my TV?

Maybe I´m doing something wrong? I missed something on Handbrake or BD rebuilder?

1. MKV is of course compatible with DTS. Who told you otherwise?
2. Does your TV actually support the SUP subtitles in the original files produced by MakeMKV? (You just said that BD rebuilder, Handbrake, DVDfab didn't work in this regard.) If no, then it seems that your TV doesn't support this subtitle format at all. It does not mean that your files are defective in any way, of course. (You can just test that the subs in your files are ok by playing it with a player like MPC-HC.)

First Thank you for helping me you´re saying that I get a Bluray disc and pass to MKV with Makemkv and try to play it on my TV LED those tracks?

If the TV LED takes the subtitles that are in SUP, so that means my TV LED does able for SUP right? and same question for DTS track always taking about with MKV format

All right I just pas from one Bluray disc to MKV with MakeMKV, DTS and SUP I put the extern hard drive on one USB on my TV LED and says the audio is not compatible so the SUP..... I select English and others languages and any appears

I dont have any problems with AC3 640kbps have a very good sound

The only thing I don´t undestand why on Handbrake or BD rebuilder if I put two audio tracks, English and other and three subtitle tracks and I do the convertion why on my TV LED I can able to select only one track I mean I don´t have any more than one able, just appears one

But, if I try with any movie... you know... with I don´t know, seven tracks my TV LED takes all the tracks without problems!!

Is there some tool for convert SUP to SRT maybe easly way? or waht do you recommend so I´ll can the original?

I just tried pas the MKV with Handbrake this time in 265, I play it on my computer and there´s black bars lower and upper just like usually

But on my TV LED, when I play the movie it takes all I mean, I watch the movie but full screen, audio and subtitles tracks are perfect but I don´t know why hevc take full screen?

I really appreaite any help so I´ll can fix that and I´ll can pass finally all my movies
