Avisynth+ blocked

Hello everyone,
I have a big problem with Avisynth, I assume. I just finished to format and reinstall Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 on my encoding machine but now I can't do anything. I tried to load different scripts with Avspmod (different versions of it), I can't create a script with MeGUI neither. They both stall, indefinitely. I tried with dss2 and also indexing with ffvideosource. When the time comes to show the images it stalls.
I launched AVSMeter to verify to have everything but even the query stalls indefinitely.
I followed the same procedure of always:
I installed the latest Avisynth+ from pinterf (only x86 version), the latest plugin pack (x86 version), the latest MeGUI (x86 version), the latest K-Lite pack for codecs. I also put the two files in the Syswow64 folder (fftw3 and libfftw3f-3).
I also installed all the VC Redist before, just to be sure and .NET framework 4.7.2 (and I also enabled .NET framework 3.5.1 as Windows Server functionality)

Come on, it's easy and cover a lot of stuffs. It's been years I've using it and never a problem.
Besides, I did another test: I specified in MeGUI to use the Avisynth included instead of external, then I tried to do create a script but it has given to the same bad results.
What can I do?

As I mentioned, I could be wrong. Did you run a script with AVSMeter or did you use the "avsinfo" command?

With no plugins in Plugins directory, can you load avs script containing something like

return Version

Into VirtualDub2, or MPC-HC.

Sort out whether Avisynth is working before trying to get MeGUI working (or anything else that requires a whole helluva a lot of other stuff).

What, thats it just "impossible to..." ?

Version does not return any audio at all, but MPC-HC v1.8.6 plays ok.

I did some other tests and I discovered that the problem is a particular plugin: SupTitle.dll [2.0.8.0]
Once that I got rid of it, everything started to work again.
