How much Rec.709 based double RGB<->YUV conversion is worse than one going over Rec.2020 math in case of modern wide gamut (P3, HDR) starting data?
Is there any real quality loss going over Rec.709 based chain (RGB->YUV->RGB) compared to Rec.2020 one? I assume we are talking here about pure math behind Rec.709 vs Rec.2020.
