Have a problem for playing at ~1.5 speed - have a lot of dropped frames. But GPU and CPU does not loaded on 100%, it's about 70-80%. How to fix that?
I use Potplayer. If speed is 1x everything is perfect, but when I increase speed dropped frames increase too, but GPU and CPU not more than 80% of using
