Scenarist SD and Line 21 error

Hi all,
I added a trailer to my build and Scenarist keeps popping a Line 21 information error during the mux for that particular trailer. There is no line 21 file added for that trailer so no idea why it keeps showing that error.
If I check the Line 21 checkbox, without adding any files, the mux is finishing okay.

Anyone has any ideas? Will enabling the checkbox without files produce any issues to the final build?

Tell me, there is such a situation, when building in the Script this error:
Error: [MUX] can not write the file(s) MAX: the reference to the object is not set to an instance of the object.

And on the first two disks everything ends, and on the third an error.
