SBLive and AC3 problems

hi,

i've been trying to get AC3 sound with divX's on my SBLive card. but i didn't succeed.

i use powerdvd 4.0 xp, and i've installed divx 3.11a.
the same software works fine for a friend who also has an SBLive card, so i guess i've some false setting in the windows register.

does anyone have any tips ?

why don't you play your divx/ac3 with wmplayer 6.4 with ac3 filter ??
It works well . In the player,if you don't listen the ac3, go to file and activate spdif output
