Any specifics on what MPEG 4 CIF is?

I was browsing through www.dpreview.com when I found something i believe would be quite interesting for my live concert Kaptures.

Now they say that with a video module it can capture 3 hours of MPEG 4 CIF (it does have a 10 GB harddrive) so I was wandering what could CIF be?
Is it the resolution?
Or is it the codec?
They say it's MPEG 4 so I'm a bit lost...

in mpeg1 cif is a screen res of 352x288, 25fps

so maybe is the same in mpg4......

looks like they updated the page, it says ;

Dont know what CIF is ,but it may mean SIF (Standard Input Format)
352x288 25 frames PAL
352x240 30 frames NTSC

Anyway what do you think about the The Archos Jukebox, are the better products on the market?
