How to change Twitter UI language without account?

I apologize for asking in this forum, but I have no clue where to ask best... :o

Sometimes I read tweets which are linked from other sizes, usually in German, maybe in English. I do not have any Twitter account. I do have some ad and script filter add-ons, but some of the most important domains of Twitter are enabled.

In rare cases it happens that I look at a tweet by a German user, but the whole rest of Twitter's interface is displayed in a language incomprehensible to me, e.g. Japanese. :scared:

Can I switch Twitter's UI language anywhere without having an account? All the guides I found start with logging into my account options ... but I have none. :rolleyes:

Another option: add the string "?lang=de" to the URL.
