Any good script for colouring image on grayscale?

Hi guys, I am searching script for colouring film. I saw this thread https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1836035#post1836035 but I dont use linux.

This one links to the original thread where this concept was first introduced. The colors created are a little odd, but I see that you are an anime person, and if you applied this technology to B&W animation, it might actually produce something useful. All auto-color algorithms I've seen don't do a very good job of picking the right colors, but this one DID do a pretty good job of keeping the color constant from frame-to-frame, so the result was actually quite watchable.
