View Full Version : Picture Weaving Issue (Stabilization Issue)

Please take a look at the following sample:

As you'll see, the frame rotates on the x and y axes, and stretches and shrinks, all in a cyclical pattern. Kind of a warp/warble pattern. It's easiest to see in the credits near the end of the clip. I'd like the image to be stabilized within the frame, and any movement being seen only outside the frame area I can obviously crop out.

Does anyone know of any software/plug-in that can fix this?

Deshaker can handle both (besides normal x-y-stabilization): Rotation and Zoom. I just tried it with your sample, and it looks a lot better.

This looks like something my new filter would be perfect for, but I'm still writing it. How long you got?

Never mind, didn't work as well as I'd hoped because of brightness changes. Might be something for a future version:
