Input video files are downloaded using online converter and downloaded from youtube.
The first picture shows the blocks mentioned in title. They would disappear with other encode option (x264). Appear with both MeGUI and IFME. Am I missing something very basic ???

Regards,
Kenneth

PS: Just found that I can do the encode without problem with another computer with AMD8350 CPU. The one producing the problem is with Intel i5-6400 CPU.

You say that you "downloaded using online converter," have you checked the original source to be sure it isn't an artifact in the source? If there really is a difference between AMD and Intel, it might be a bug in ffmpeg's AVX decoder. Care to share a source?
