Madvr scaling issue

I am really frustrated as trying to figure out why MAdvr is downscaling my 2160p videos, I have been through all settings many times no matter what I choose it downscales 2160p to 1080p, see screen shot in link below.

Anybody any ideas what is causing this.

Jriver the software player is feeding a Sony 4K projector and the image received is in fact 4k but only because jRiver is upscaling the image from 1080p.

I am just trying to understand why Madvr is downscaling the 2160p source as this is not required.

The source is 2160P, all I want is for MAdvr to provide some additional processing, cleaning up the image etc then forward that to JRiver as 2160p.

It looks like the chain I have is 2160p in....down converted to 1080p by Madvr, then unconverted to2160p by Jriver before being received by the PJ......maybe I have this wrong?

jriver never get'S the image from madVR the GPU driver is getting it.
madVR has the information that your desktop/signal send over HDMI is 1080p.

what windows version are you running?
