Audio extraction from bluray on headless remote Linux vps

I have iso mounted on my headless vps running OS Ubuntu 14,I want to extract a single audio track that's it.

Bluray folder contains multiple m2ts files as not like a normal Bluray where large m2ts file contains full movie.

This Bluray have bundle of m2ts file more or less of Same volumes.

How to extract audio only (i just want copy audio without any conversion to any format)

Please give me syntax for executing same,I googled many pages but all I got failures so I decide to create thread.

Like I say you before about subtitles, I can't help you with ubuntu.

BTW MkvToolNix have Ubuntu version, in windows I can load the .mpls, than contain the full movie, and obtain a full .mkv.
After that maybe you can use MkvExtract to obtain the desired track.
