How do I defeat these halos?

I've tried and tried to get rid of these halos but I can't do it! I'm trying with FineDehalo, but am happy to use something else if it can ONLY target the white halos on the brown background.

Line arts? Is there any way to treat them like halos and kill them dead?

Those are line arts, they are supposed to look like that. In anime drawing, they don't draw the lines only with black color, different color were use to create separation and contrast. In this image, a lighter color was used for the lines to separate the dark base color and highlight of the hair. Yet they are often mistaken as color bleed by inexperience people.
