REQUEST: New AV1 codec forum

Hi, h264 and h265 have their own sub-forums under the "Video Encoding" forum, please add one for the Aomedia AV1 video codec that was released today, it will be much more widely used that h265 so definitely deserves its own forum.

I don't think we have any AV1 devs here, and nobody's using it for backups yet, nor will they likely unless someone releases an optimized encoder.
We don't really need a separate sub-forum just because it's worthwhile for Netflix and Youtube to throw 1000 servers at an encode to save 15% on a billion-view video. I don't think they're going to come here looking for help.

"Alliance for Open Media/WebM" subforum for AV1, VP9, VP8, Daala, Thor and Opus and Vorbis as they are all under the same aomedia/webm banner
also we are not talking about netflix or youtube or amazon, we are talking about a subforum for end users like us and one thats basically has most of the related royalty free codecs in one place


FYI there is a HEVC forum, but thats kinda pointless with all that patent mess
