AVX512 acceleration

In the facebook fan page of x265 project they speak " about the soon-to-publish AVX512 acceleration, content adaptive optimizations for ABR encoding with x265".

So the question:
For AVX512 acceleration can I use Xeon Phi x200?

I need to encode about 40 live channels, some are SD, some HD.

When ordinary people talk about using AVX512, its usually the variant of AVX512 in Xeon Purley/Skylake-X CPUs, not the variant that Phi gets. They are different subsets of AVX512 instructions, and the ones on Phi are much less useful for something like video encoding.
