Hi. Lets say I have 16 : 9 aspect ratio monitor screen and I watch a movie with 2.35 : 1 aspect ratio where I get black bars up/down (image 1). How can I shift video up/down? Lets say I want to shift the video completely down (image 2). How can I do that?
Im using MPC-HC for 2D movie playback and Stereoscopic player for 3D movie playback?
I have AMD R7 200X graphics card

In MPC-HC, look under Options, Keys, items starting with "PnS" (Pan and Scan)

Yes! That works, howerver what if i´m using Stereoscopic player (www.3dtv.at) for 3D movie playback?
My issue would be resolved if MPC-HC supported frame-packing 3D (NOT SBS 3D - Frame Packing: Full HD per eye)

Are you talking MVC or "pure" AVC with frame packing? MVC is supported in connection with madvr but you may need to install external LAV and activate the MVC decoder during setup. madVR also has some shifting functions inbuilt (but I don't know if/how they work with 3D)
