How to remove this flickering?

That I would love to remove. Anyone knows which filter is the best for this?

WOW, that is one problem clip that you have, only suggestion is to get rid of the whirly fan light flickering device that you have installed.
Does the lighting really flicker like that, or just via camera ? (does it flicker at all in real life, it must do, surely).

Is not a frame global flicker, differing parts of frame get light/dark depending upon which of the 3 fan combo obstructs the lighting.

I will be watching with awe to see what suggestions are put forth.
(just wondering, what duration is the entire clip ?)

Most of the flicker seems to be from the under-counter lights. The flicker elsewhere can be reduced using the Deflicker() plugin and also MDegrain with very low degraining parameters, but with DCT=1.

For the under-counter lights, you might be able to deflicker just that portion of the shot using some of the techniques StainlessS helped me create in this thread:

That had over-exposed noise bars that moved down the screen. Using some of StainlessS' plugins I was able to track the noise bar, and then apply a gamma correction to just that portion of the video.

This simply looks like a typical rolling-shutter artifact caused by CMOS based cameras.
The pulsed light and the non-global-shutter interfere each other.

Try to sync the shutter-speed as well as the recording framerate to the frequency of your lightsource.
