How do I report a user which does not write posts, but sends friend requests with a prominent spam link in his profile?

Current example: jeremyx35 (https://forum.doom9.org/member.php?u=227285) with a "SEO" backlink advertizing site.

I don't think there is a "standard" method, but you can send PM to a mod.

BTW: I banned that guy.
