Does mpv can to autoload external audio and subs for video?

Hello everybody! Does mpv can to autoload external audio and subs for video? I mean audio and subtitles from subdirectories of video location and from certain location e.g. D://subs_and_dubs. I know there are some keys for comand line and console, but how to do it with mpv.conf to make external audio and subtittles load automatically when i just make double click on video? Thank you in advance for answers!
