External USB UHD Disc Drives

I'm thinking of buying an external USB connected UHD disc drive. I'm not too bothered about it having CD, DVD or Blu-ray disc burning capabilities.

Which ones are you guys using or recommend? Or is it better to wait for a few more months?

Athough it currently costs around 14,000 Yen (£95.00) in Japan. The only problem is. It doesn't seem to be readily available in the UK :(
