Hi, is the x264pro a legit plugin made by the creators of x264 or just a 3rd party company? If it is a 3rd party company is it legal for them to sell such a plugin.
Does anyone know if the x265 developers are working on an x265 plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro?

Enable to prores_ks encoder directly from Media Encoder / After Effects.. I'm dreaming :).
Frameserving in something with high-bitdepth would lead to the same but I'm also dreaming there :). (A premiere/AE export plugin, that communicates directly with a vapoursynth / avs+ reader plugin).
The author says that once everything is up and running in a stable matter, it would be kind of easy to add support for most of the formats libav (ffmpeg) supports. High-bitdepth FFV1, VC-2, Prores sound like cool things to add to the arsenal :).

Dreams might come true:
- Added high bit depth support. (experimental)
- Added ffv1 encoder (experimental)
- Added prores encoder (experimental)
