I ran BD Rebuilder on the Blu-ray "It's Complicated. When playing back the compressed version, the sound did not match the video. The disc was converted to BD25.

As your log looks fine could you please more specific. Is it just the main movie or all titles being out of sync? All audio tracks or just one? Is it right from the beginning or does it happen somewhere? Inceasing through the movie?
Could you also post the result of Inspect (menu -> help)?
BTW Speaking out VC-1 encoded material I had a source with a glitch after decrypting and I could not make LAVFilters (decoding through DirectShow) decode it properly. Video played at double speed for a few seconds and Audio was out of sync. Changing the frame server (DGDecNV) helped for me.

Log looks fine. Start BDRB > Help > Inspect. What does it report and post that here.

Burn it on a BD-RE and see if it's the same issue
YOu may want also to correct the title, as not [only] "the voices" are out of synch but the whole audio :) :)

It appears to be only the main movie. At the beginning of the film, the audio is behind the video by 2 to 3 seconds. By the ending credits, the audio is about 3minutes behind.
The burnt disc was the same.
So I changed from DirectshowSource to X264's internal LAVF an that corrected the issue.
What is the preferred setting?
Thanks to all for your input.

there is no preferred setting. The preferred setting is whatever you prefer to use. You're not using any codec packs like k-lite or anything are you? I'd try reinstalling ffdshow to see if that fixes it.

Not using any codec packs.
I'll try reinstalling ffdshow.

It would not be good if you use ffdshow, it's already a obsolete software, better install LAV filters.

total nonsence. If it wouldn't be good, bdrb wouldn't support it. All LAV does is add functionality to bdrb whazt ffdshow can't, while lav is also able to do what ffdshow can do. That doesn't mean it's no good to use.
