If you want render Avisynth+ file with use MEGUI in x64 you can download https://sourceforge.net/projects/megui/files/megui-test/2715/ this version of MEGUI. Because standard MEGUI can't open Avisynth+. I hope I helped.

I don't know what you mean MeGUI x64 works just fine with Avisynth+ x64. Works to the extent that it is even included in the MeGUI x64 package.
