Scenarist Designer PS location?

I wanted to use Scenarist Designer PS in Photoshop for some menu creation. I am using Scenarist SD edition but have a version of the bluray software. During custom install I do not see Scenarist Designer PS as an option to install so not sure if it will show up or not. Is there a way to get/install designer independently since it's supposed to just be a Photoshop plugin?

Designer PS is an optional package with its own installer.
Most of the times, you buy Scenarist BD and Scenarist Designer PS so you have both, but you need to do different installations.
