ffmpeg [noise_facs_q 32 invalid] error during aac/ac3 conversion

Greetings.

Appreciate any help dealing with the following error message using ffmpeg to convert certain aac tracks to ac3. Error seems to appear with version 3 onwards.

[aac @ 047a02c0] noise_facs_q 32 is invalid
