AviSynth Info Tool

Today I discovered that I was "unable to load" a certain plugin - even if it's in the plugin folder... that's because I made a migration lately from an old PC, so I'm pretty sure something is missing, but don't know what...

I did my homework, and it seems AviSynth Info Tool is the right software to use; sadly, the link https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1708229 doesn't work, and I haven't found it anywhere else.

So, I guess if someone knows a working link, or can eventually upload it somewhere.

I discontinued that tool a long time ago because it had several bugs that I don't want to fix and it was only for 32 bit Avisynth.
AVSMeter (https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=174797) provides the same functionality (and a lot more) using the "avsinfo" command.
