example of encoding the series of yuv images using x265-api c/c++

i am trying to use the x265-api to encode series of yuv images but i am getting error on importing very first header x265.h with error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'x265_config.h':. i am using visual studio as include file i have given the path of sources and added libraries.

i can't use cli.
i have compiled x265 and encoded many videos using x265 cli.
