I have an longer video to encode,Ita a mkv video,I have to reduce its size so I made 720p resolution,in advance settings it's 3 b frames and 8 ReFrames,with level 4.1 and automated 2 pass encoding in megui I haven't change anything just moved slider to preset of slow (which gave me above frames settings),my fps in first pass is 30 FPS,where I read on net it should go for 68 FPS for level 4.1 here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.264/MPEG-4_AVC#Levels

Can some one help me understand y is it slow fps,my operating system is 64 bit windows 10 with 3.2 ghz processor and 4 gb ram

The "1,280×720@68.3 (9)" has NOTHING to do with encoding speed. That is only the maximum (playback) fps allowed at level 4.1 and 720p resolution. Encoding speed is mostly limited by your CPU. ("3.2 ghz processor" doesn't tell us much, could be 10 year old single core or 8 core Ryzen...)

It's Quadcore processor with ddr3 ram in it,how can I enhance my encoding speed

Post your AviSynth script. If you are using a slow resizer it could slow down things. Watch task manager for CPU usage (should be >90% almost all of the time). Other than that: use a faster preset (don't manually set bframes or similar, only touch preset/tuning/level). There is no free lunch.

Happen to lose my script,bro and I m not manually allowing Amy frames to the script,its just I move slider to the presets
