Ringing or ghosting and how to get rid of it?

Hey guys,

can someone please tell me what this is?

I've been trying to search the forums for it, but a lot of pic links are dead, so I can't be certain of what I'm dealing with here.

I guess it's what you call ringing, but I'm not sure.

And could someone tell me what the best filter is to use against it?

EDIT: OK! I think I found one post that actually has a pic that looks somewhat like what I'm seeing in my video,

Hmm, found a de-ringer called HDDering Filter, but can't get it to work. It wants to use a special .dll, but then AvsPmod chokes on it.

EDIT2: Ok, after a day or so of searching, I found this wiki that seems to link to some deringer's and other filters.
