For the longest time, I could get by with MadVR & MPC-HC set to "Touch window from inside". This worked on 99% of videos. And I learned the basics of MadVR's profile scripting, so the family could run any video & it would play in amazeballs quality - without dropped frames!
Those were the good ol' days...before momma started watching her soaps on the HTPC. These videos from hell have gigantic black bars on all 4 sides. They're like hard-coded or something.
These "bizzaro" videos are ostensibly 360p (480x360) & 480p (640x480). But the "touch window from inside" scaling doesn't work properly because the black bars are considered video content & scaled. The actual video content sits in the middle of the screen, only slightly enlarged but nowhere close to properly fitting the screen.
This has exposed two major problems I can't overcome in MadVR.
1) MadVR's "zoom control" setting doesn't seem to be intelligent.
It only seemed to work properly on my 480p "bizzaro" videos using the "zoom the bars away completely" setting. The video was scaled nicely & no actual video content was cropped.
But the side effect of leaving "zoom control" enabled was that my other "bizzaro" 360p vids & my regular old 1080p vids had actual video content cropped or zoomed out as a result.
I tried all sorts of "zoom control" settings to mitigate this conflict, but it just didn't work. So this setting is basically unusable to me.
2) I can't figure out how MadVR can select the appropriate profile for a video that requires extra zooming.
My normal 360p & 480p MadVR profiles worked perfectly on "normal" videos. But unfortunately, the extra zooming on these bizzaro videos (whether by MadVR's "zoom control" or MPC-HC hotkeys) causes huge frame drops.
So obviously, I created new profiles to accommodate the bizzaro videos. But I can't figure out the script commands that instruct MadVR to detect zooming on these bizzaro 360p & 480p soaps...and apply the appropriate profile.
Any help greatly appreciated!

EDIT: User "sneaker_ger" kindly cut up my sample videos into smaller files. He also uploaded them & provided the following link. So if you would like to see for yourself or test: https://www.sendspace.com/file/85nrkn
In these samples, you will notice that when "zoom the bars away completely" setting is activated...sample 1 & sample 3 are zoomed correctly. However, sample 2 has actual video content zoomed off-screen.
