Staxrip comes with extra filters MeGUI doesn't, and Hybrid has filters and options for days, but they can use the same Avisynth filters and the same x264 encoder. I haven't used Hybrid much but I don't think either program offers an easy way to modify scripts yourself and preview the result, whereas MeGUI's script creator does. As a result, you can also add any Avisynth filters/plugins to scripts yourself, or you can create script templates. It's harder having to do it yourself at first, but the advantage is you learn as you go and once you've added filters/plugins manually, you'll know how to do it and understand more about how Avisynth.
What do you want ColorYUV to achieve? It modifies things such as brightness and gamma, so there's no need at all unless you want to adjust something.

I'm not sure you refer to staxrip, double-click on the filters menu opens the script editor which has a context menu item and keyboard shortcut to show the preview.

Ah..... My apologies. I haven't used StaxRip for a while. Or maybe the version of StaxRip I have is a bit old, because I'm still running XP.

No problem, I thought you are running W7. XP needed less disk space then a single electron app, I like that.
