i need help on audio encoding and video bright

Hello everyone,
i am new here and i need help on audio encoding from 2.1to 5.1 or to dts please help me by suggesting a software.
and i need to know to bring the dim video to normal avisynth script pls help me.

For audio encoding You can use eac3to or Surcode Encoder. For Video brightness (Dark video) you can use filters in virtualdub or autolevel avisynth plugin.
