Hi guys.
I use Sonic Foundry for encoding AC3.
But as you know there is a lot of option in encoding , that I don't know what they do.
I want somebody help me with these questions :

1 - In Options / Encode Settings / Audio Service Configuration is an item that is Dialog Normalization. What is it ? What is its job ?

2 - In Options / Encode Settings / Bit Stream /Bit Stream information is 3 items those are "Center mix level" and "Surround mix level" and "Dolby Surround Mode" What are these and their work.

3 - And what are the job of every items in
Options / Encode Settings / Preprocessing

My questions are really big , but please answer me , thanks
