What we need i think....

is a way to transcode a movie down to a lower bitrate more stable and faster than Rempeg2. I have tried many things with REMPEG 2 and it gets worser every time, although i have used the guide fromm Doom9.

REMPEG is the easiest when you want to slap everything back together and keep the original menues etc.. But CCE is MUCH better at lowering the bitrate and keeping the original quality but then you have to reauthor the disc.

You could try Joseph2's method but it still requires some reauthoring.
