movePlus plugin for avisynth+

movePlus (http://www.avisynth.nl/users/vcmohan/movePlus/movePlus.html) is a plugin for avisynth+ r2347. There are 3 functions in this plugin. All of these functions move the pixels from original to a different location for different purposes. These are all thread safe and work with all bit depths and most of avisynth+ supported formats. 2.Barrel
3.Reform

While upgrading from the original avisynth plugis, some additional capabilities were added while some were dropped.
