weird artifacts around credits using x264 MEGUI

hello, before I begin, English is not my native language so if there is mistakes or misunderstanding I apologize for that.


It drive's me crazy, when I ancode a video, there is a weird artifacts, usually around movies credits/titles or subtitles. its some sort of blur around, and sometimes artifact inside the title itslef.
I dont know if that is what called "sharp edges", I did some searchind and tried disable "adaptive quantization". it did help but the overall image quality decreased about 50%, so its not an option.
I have to mention that it is not a bitrate problem because I use high bitrates... ~7000 for 720 and ~15000 for 1080p.
It also not a resizer problem because it happens also while I'm not using it.

I did some screenshots, I zoomed for u to see the artifracts.

05- here, you maybe cant see athing but there is a huge like blur stain at the batoom of the title, but its visible only on motion...

What settings are you using? I really doubt that's stock --preset veryslow.
