M4V to MP4

How can I convert movies and TV shows downloaded from iTunes from M4V to MP4 (http://www.convertanymusic.com/tutorials/convert-m4v-to-mp4.html)?? Or can I even do that given they are copy protected? I can't even made a still screen cap from any of my iTunes movie or TV show purchases.

The fact that they are from iTunes would suggest that they are copy protected.

I imagine that you can still press CTRL/PrtScrn (usually next to Scroll Lock, copies to clipboard) to cap a screen, then start
up Paint accessory, press CTRL/V (paste) and save as bitmap, convert to JPG or whatever.
