BD Rebuilder: Full disc MKV output possible?

Is there a way to accomplish this (separate MKV files for each title, using the same Video Encoding Options of Full Backup mode) while maintaining the ability to blank (=ignore) select titles?

Searched online and in the settings (also hidden) but unless I'm wrong MKV output is only possible in Movie-Only backup?

You should be able to do it manually by selecting different playlists and adding them individually to the batch queue.
