I followed the guide, and ended up with my 2 .bin & 2 .cue files.
I used CDRwin, loaded the 1st .cue and burned away.
When I tried to play the disc using PowerDVD, I was given an invalid file/unsupported disc message. Other SVCD's play fine. I tried to have a look what was on the disc, and nothing showed up. It had the label 'CD'.
I tried using Nero, and when I hit 'write', I was told that the 'system cannot find specified file' and that the 'handle is invalid'.
The .mpg files loaded and played perfectly in PowerDVD.
Please help (I'm sooo close!) and thanks in advance

it could be that you have a bad serial for cdrwin, it would let you write the disk but there would be nothing on it,that is goldenhawks evil idea of copy protection :)
Also what speed is your sony burner as i have heard of some sony 4x's not being able to write svcd's.

Hi wittypseudonym,

also make sure you are using the latest version of Nero (5.5.7.2) as older versions had some troubles burning CUE files.

If you use an older version of dvd2svcd and you have moved the CUE and BIN files to a different directory after the SVCD creation process has finished you have to edit the CUE files and delete the absolute filepath and leave only the filename (e.g. "CD_Image_File_CD1.bin") - newer versions of dvd2svcd only write the filename to it so there's no problem with this.

Greetings,
Gerti
