View Full Version : How to sync oddly mismatched audio?!

I have this movie, 1080i60, with an original framerate of 29.97 fps (with pulldown). So, I removed the pulldown (with tsMuxer), and, apparently, the movie got encoded at 24.3094 fps, 1080p (slightly unusual fps, right?). But now I can't get the audio to sync at all, no matter what I do. For instance, I tried setting to 23.976 fps (which is what I expected in the first place). Or 24p; or 25p. Or anything else in the list.

So, at what fps do I need to set the movie to sync the original audio?!

P.S. When doing the pulldown, I also get errors like:

Warning! Source stream contain irregular pulldown marks. Mistiming between original fps and fps/1.25(without pulldown) exceed 6406ms.

If there are irregular pulldown even if you play the video at average fps (24.3094) some parts can go out of sync with audio.

And you can't do nothing with the audio, is a video problem try in AviSynth threads.
