Mpc audio renderer is a good alternative to reclock pal speed down?

I want an alternative to reclock with mpc-be to watch 25 fps on 24 mode
Reclock does a good job to speed down movies but don t have x64 version and sometimes detect wrong refresh rate on my system
So i find mpc audio render that has a sync audio to vídeo option... This should work like reclock?

It works for pal speed down a movie? Its a good renderer?

There are any issues know about this renderer?

I tried one time with 23.976 movie on 23 mode, i asked because for now i don t have much time to testing new things... But if someone says that this will improve smooth i will set to watch a movie with my wife, but if i keep tweaking se gets anger with me...
