FineDehalo ported

I'm porting some of my favorite scripts from AVS to VS.

Here's one of them: FineDeHalo (https://gist.github.com/SX91/bcd427ec0fa8fdf7c45433917521bac4).

Changes I've made:

More DeHalo_alpha arguments
No real FineDehalo contrasharpening for now. Contra is bool, which enables/disables haf.ContraSharpening.


IMO FineDehalo's mask is unstable. Anyone willing to improve that? Any useful changes are welcome!

If mask is about borders take a look Camembert, Camembert2, CamembertMod or Tcannymod (Chikuzen).
