If there any editing tool to combine 2 (or more) TS video files to fill dropped frames ?
I got two capture for the same video - generally in both files the same video (maybe not identical due to different capture time and different produced encodes but the image generally the same).

Both video has some dropped frames. But dropped parts in each of this video in different places - and it is possible to combine from these two video one output video with replacing in one (main video with less dropped frames) parts from another video (maybe whole block from i-frame to i-frame - it's H264 video).

video1 - 123*56*89
video2 - 1**45*7*9
output - 123456789

Is there any such tool :) ?

Post a couple of samples (not re-encoded, ideally no audio) no more than 500MB combined (starting on same/almost same frame),
If not same size/fps etc, then dont bother.

It's not a single time task :)
No sense to do it on a single example once. I'm looking for really working tool for many-time-usage, for different captures.
