Ripping audio track from DVD on remote server

I am looking to extract the audio track from a DVD vob structure I have on my remote server (debian). What command line utility may I use for this.

I believe most tools need the structure to be locally mounted.

You could probably use DGIndex via the command line. I'm not sure if there'd be an issue with files being on a network.
